what is T.s.ArtTales?
-
Egyedi történetek, azért hogy bárki helyét találja a világban.

about me
-
I was born in Hungary and I've lived here ever since.
-
I never intentionally chose arts, but I've been drawing for longer than I can remember.
-
I've been learning languages since elementary, I'm currently learning 3. I'm interested in history, cultures, getting to know the world. However when I sit down to draw, my country still holds the role of the strongest inspiration (be it for good of for bad...)
-
I especially love visual story telling - be it painting, videography or journals - as this is builds bridges across cultures and differences.
-
Values that I find most important include human rights, both in the actual legal terms and in valueing each person and their ideas without judgement. I believe in the power of arts as a resource & tool that can be used in almost all areas of life - such as advocacy, learning and mental health.

And a
bit of MY story...
Since I was young I've been the biggest critique of myself, so I was often angry and stubborn while wanting to serve others at the same time.
Back when I couldn't even blow my nose properly, I don't recall wanting to "be a painter" when I grow up. Hell, I wanted to be a rockstar ballerina.
Now that is the mentality that has not left me ever since. I've always had a more ideas than I could act upon, and had interests in areas that don't seem connected.
Since then the idea of becoming "some who has something to do with art" came up as I had to "stArT tHinKinG aBouT mY fUtUre", since I learnt that cassiers don't recieve all the money from the buyers.
In high school, I developed a health issue. I was in and out of school for a year than spent total of 2 years as a private student. I was either in hospital for months or at home.
These years were a rollercoaster, that ultimately seemed to only go lower in the long-run, regardless of the highs, and the support of my family.
However, I consider that being afar from the school system, and instead within the walls of health institutions, it made me realize a lot that I otherwise wouldn't have.
I met and heard a lot of different type of stories, which in short, evoked my sense of justice, and fair treatment, as I heard real stories that I would've never been told sitting in the school desk.
It showed me the importance of the tales and stories of each individual.
Nevertheless, I never told even my closest friends what was happenning to me, not about the illness, not about why I wasn't in school.
I became totally distant. Somehow, as I realized that the more I know, the less I know with the need for stability tickled my perfectionism.
I already kept up with my studies, despite of not stepping foot in the school, but now I started to spend more time learning than arts.
Where before I found refuge, now felt guilty and useless.
I've grown to understand that all of that is me. And I have to learn each day, that that is okay.
This is the journey that I'm on and that I believe to be true for everyone.
Now I view each day as part of an adventure.
An adventure that should be available for everyone, which is what my mission with TsArtTales is.
